I tried changing the speeds, but it didn't even change at all.
All have to ask Twame why its not doing that.
(Twame makes awesome MS animations in NeoPaint. They own.)

Agh...u could try putting the gif into GM and double all the frames, then save it as a gif again, it might work :/
